When goods move from one vehicle to another, update Part-B with the new vehicle number before they move again.
Step by step
Open the e-way bill
Go to Compliance → E-way bills and open the bill.
Click Update vehicle
Enter the new vehicle number, the place where goods are now and the reason (transhipment or breakdown).
Save
Part-B is updated on the e-way bill portal. The driver carries the same e-way bill number.
