Step by step
Open the e-way bill
Go to Compliance → E-way bills. Bills close to expiry show an Extend button.
Enter the details
The reason, where the goods are now and the remaining distance. The new validity is worked out from the distance.
Confirm
The extended validity shows on the e-way bill and in the list.
