How it works

From price list to reorder

Your offers reach the counter, and the orders come back as bills.

  1. 1

    Set schemes and rates

Quantity slabs, festive offers and party-wise rates, set once. Applying them on the bill line by themselves, with a 'Scheme applied' tag, is coming soon.

    • 5% on 50+ boxes
    • Party-wise rates for 12 parties
  2. 2

    Broadcast on WhatsApp

Send the price list or a new-stock message to a group of retailers, in each one's language. Opt-outs are honoured for you.

    • 248 retailers · 4 languages
    • 6 opted out, skipped
  3. 3

    Retailers reorder from their link

Each retailer has a private link to see their ledger, pay by UPI and reorder. The order arrives in Moharbill, ready to bill.

    • Reorder #R-0142 received
    • Converted to invoice

Retailer portal

A link for every retailer, no app to install

Each retailer opens their own link on the phone: their ledger and open bills, a UPI button for the exact amount, and your catalogue with their rates to reorder from. Links can be switched off from the party screen at any time.

  • Their rates only: each retailer sees their own price list and schemes, never another party's.
  • Pay from the ledger: a UPI or payment link for any open bill, matched when paid.
  • Reorder in a minute: past orders can be repeated; the order lands in Moharbill ready to bill.

FAQ

Promotion questions

More in the help centre.

Do retailers need to install an app?

No. Each retailer gets a private link that opens in the phone's browser. They see their ledger, pay by UPI and reorder from it.

Can each retailer see different rates?

Yes. Party-wise rates and schemes are shown only to the party they apply to.

How much do WhatsApp broadcasts cost?

Broadcast packs cost ₹1,199 per 1,000 messages before GST, on Pro and Business. Packs don't expire while your plan is active.

What happens when a retailer opts out?

Their number is skipped in every future broadcast. Payment reminders for real dues can still go, as WhatsApp's rules allow.

Do schemes apply on the bill automatically?

That is coming soon. Today you set up schemes and party-wise price lists in Promotions; applying them on the bill line by themselves, with a 'Scheme applied' tag and a report of what each scheme earned, is the next step.
