Moharbill is made by Hexa Secure Labs, a small product studio in India. Before writing a line of code we sat with distributors, their billing staff and their CAs, and watched a normal day.
The bill was made in desktop accounting software. The IRN came from one portal and the e-way bill from another, typed in again by hand. Payment reminders depended on someone remembering to call. On the 10th, the CA asked for Excel files on WhatsApp, and by the 20th someone was staying late because GSTR-1 didn't match 3B. Nobody in that office was careless. The tools just didn't talk to each other.
So we built one place where the bill, its IRN and e-way bill, the reminder and the return all come from the same record. The owner sees who owes what. The accountant gets the exact fix when the portal says no. The CA logs in free and finds the books already in order.
We kept what billing teams already know: the keyboard shortcuts (F8, F9, F6), Enter to move to the next field, and working when the net drops. And we made it speak the way people actually do business: in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi and Tamil.
