The 30-day IRN rule for ₹10 Cr+ firms and the pending tab

Updated 15 Oct 20262 min readFor owners and accountantsAll plans

Since 1 April 2025, businesses with aggregate turnover of ₹10 crore or more must report each e-invoice to the IRP within 30 days of its date. Moharbill counts the days for you.

  • The Pending tab in E-invoice lists every invoice without an IRN, oldest first, with the days left.
  • Alerts go to the owner and accountant at day 20 and 25.
  • Select pending invoices and use Bulk IRN to clear them together.

Below ₹10 crore the guard stays on as a reminder. Read more in our guide to the 30-day rule.
