Reminders go out on WhatsApp by themselves, in each party's language, with a UPI or payment link for the exact amount.
Step by step
Pick a reminder plan
Go to Collections → Reminders. Choose when to remind: before the due date, on it, and every few days after.
Set each party's language
On the party, pick English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi or Tamil. Reminders use that language.
Connect payment links (optional)
Connect Razorpay or Easebuzz in Integrations so reminders carry a payment link that is matched to the bill when paid.
