1No fake or circular invoices
You must not use Moharbill to create invoices, credit notes or e-way bills without an actual supply of goods or services, to pass on input tax credit that isn't due, or for circular trading. We may suspend accounts and, where the law requires, report such use to the authorities.
2Messages and promotions
- Send WhatsApp reminders and broadcasts only to parties who have a business relationship with you and have not opted out.
- Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies; don't send content they prohibit.
- Every broadcast carries an opt-out link; you must honour opt-outs.
3Security and fair use
- No attempts to access other firms' data, probe for weaknesses (outside our responsible disclosure program), or bypass limits.
- No scraping, automated bulk requests outside the published API, or reselling the Service without a partner agreement.
- No uploading malware or files you don't have rights to.
4Accounts
Each user needs their own login. Don't share OTPs or logins; add users instead, so the audit log shows who did what.
5Reporting misuse
Report misuse or a security issue to security@moharbill.com. We acknowledge within 2 working days.
