સાદા શબ્દોમાં
- Moharbill is a tool for making bills and preparing returns. You stay responsible for what you bill and file.
- Your books are yours. You can export them any time, also after you leave.
- Paid plans renew until you cancel. Prices exclude 18% GST.
1Who we are and these terms
Moharbill is provided by Hexa Secure Labs (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you or anyone in your firm uses Moharbill's website, web app or mobile browser app (the “Service”). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your firm.
2Your account
- You sign in with a mobile OTP or email. Keep your device and OTPs safe; actions taken from your login are treated as yours.
- The owner of a firm decides who else gets access (accountants, billing staff, your CA) and with which role. You can remove anyone at any time.
- You must be 18 or older and allowed to act for the business.
3Plans, billing and taxes
- The Free plan has monthly limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or yearly in advance.
- Prices exclude GST at 18%. We issue a GST invoice for every payment; add your GSTIN to claim input tax credit.
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. We tell you at least 7 days before a yearly renewal and before any price change.
- Usage packs (for example WhatsApp broadcast packs) are billed when bought. Refunds follow the refund policy.
4Compliance is still yours
Moharbill checks invoices before sending them to the Invoice Registration Portal (IRP) and the e-way bill system, and prepares GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and TDS working from your entries. It does not replace your CA or tax adviser.
- You are responsible for the correctness of the bills you make, the returns you or your CA file, and the taxes you pay.
- Rules change. We update the Service as quickly as we reasonably can after a notification and show the date each rule was last checked, but we can't promise every change is live on the day it takes effect.
- Content on our blog and help centre is general information, not tax advice.
5Government portals and third parties
IRN, e-way bill and other government services are run by GSTN, NIC and authorised IRPs. When they are slow or down, we queue your request and retry, and show the status on our status page. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by those portals. Payment links, WhatsApp messages and online store connections use third-party services under their own terms.
6Your data
- Everything you enter (parties, items, bills, payments) belongs to your firm. We use it only to provide the Service, as described in the privacy policy.
- You can export your data to Excel or Tally at any time. After you close your account we keep tax documents for the retention period in the privacy policy, and you can still request an export during that time.
- Our support staff can open your books only in a support session you approve, for a limited time, and every such session is logged.
7Acceptable use
You agree to follow the acceptable use policy. In particular, you must never use Moharbill to make invoices without a real supply of goods or services.
8Availability and changes
We aim for the Service to be available 99.5% of each month, excluding planned maintenance announced in advance on the status page. We may improve or change features; if we remove a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel with a pro-rata refund.
9Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, interest, penalties or late fees, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
10Suspension and closing your account
- You can close your account at any time from Settings.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, or where the law requires. Unless the law prevents it, we tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first.
11Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking. If that fails, the competent courts in India have jurisdiction.
12Changes to these terms
We will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before a change that affects your rights takes effect. Small fixes such as typos may be made without notice.
