- Cancel any time from Settings. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
- Yearly plans: full refund if you ask within 14 days of the first payment.
- Charged twice or by mistake? We refund in 5–7 working days.
1Cancelling
The owner can cancel a paid plan at any time in Settings → Plan and billing. Auto-renewal stops at once; you keep paid features until the end of the current month or year, then move to the Free plan. Your data stays and can be exported.
2Monthly plans
Monthly payments are not refunded for the month already started. You won't be charged again after you cancel.
3Yearly plans
- First 14 days: full refund of your first yearly payment, no questions asked.
- After 14 days: no refund for the remaining months, but the plan keeps working until the year ends.
- If we remove a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel and get a pro-rata refund for unused months.
4Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrading takes effect at once; you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal. If your use is above the lower plan's limits (for example GSTINs or users), we'll ask you to reduce it first.
5Usage packs
Packs such as WhatsApp broadcast credits are refundable within 7 days if unused. Used credits are not refundable, because we pay for each message sent.
6Failed, duplicate or wrong charges
If you were charged twice or for a plan you didn't choose, write to billing@moharbill.com. We refund to the original payment method in 5–7 working days once confirmed. Bank timelines may add a few days.
7GST on refunds
For every refund we issue a GST credit note against our original invoice, so your input tax credit stays correct. It appears in Settings → Plan and billing and in your GSTR-2B for the month.
